So, Spindletop Box allows you to discover and support small Texas artisans across the state handcrafting quality products in the tucked away corners and back roads of this great state. Here at Spindletop Box we only share products that highlight the spirit of small business and Texas pride. Found only through word of mouth and local markets, our products allow you to experience the diverse culture of Texas in the comfort of your home. With a variety of handpicked products delivered right to your door, you will receive handcrafted goods ranging from novelty home items, bath and body essentials, to that new favorite hot sauce or canned good. Not only does your subscription to Spindletop Box allow you to discover products you would otherwise never know about, but you are also supporting the small entrepreneurial love and passion of Texas artisans.

How does it work?

It's easy! Sign up for the subscription box and receive artisan products from local Texas businesses, curated around a different theme each month. Spindletop Box is shipped out on the 5th of each month to anywhere in the U.S. with free shipping and you can cancel your subscription or skip your next renewal by logging into your account online.  Any new orders placed by the last day of the month will receive the next month’s box (i.e. a subscription placed on June 30th would receive July’s box). What can I expect to find in a box? 

Every month, Spindletop Box subscribers will receive a collection of small batch, locally produced, handcrafted artisan products that we have personally and meticulously hand-selected, just for you, all centered around a fun and exciting theme. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list and follow us on social media to uncover sneak peeks of upcoming boxes. Our products are sourced from direct relationships with Texas artisans. Each product that we share with you is remarkably distinct, ranging from gourmet treats, handmade snacks, condiments, canned goods; traditional soap, candles, or other bath and body essentials; novelty home-goods and textiles to unique crafts. 

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Spindletop Box makes a great gift for Birthdays, House Warming, Thank You, Mother’s Day, Anniversary, Gifts for Her, Gifts for Him, Corporate gifts and more. You can order one, three, or six month gift subscription box, just select “Give As A Gift” to get started.    

Do you offer fresh produce or meat? 

Unfortunately no. We focus on handcrafted artisan products from small Texas businesses shipped conveniently in monthly boxes, so at the moment we will only offer non-perishable items. 

When will I receive my Spindletop Box subscription?

All subscription boxes are shipped around the 5th of every month.

When am I billed for my month-to-month subscription?

You are billed for your first box immediately upon subscribing. Each subsequent box will fall on our regular billing schedule, the 12th of every month. All subscriptions auto-renew, unless you cancel or skip prior to the renewal billing date.

Is shipping included? 

Yes; we cover all shipping costs. That means free shipping for you, this even goes for our 3 and 6 month subscription as well. So just sit back and wait for all these great products to show up at your door. 

How do I update my shipping or billing information?

You can update your account information by logging into your Spindletop Box account or by contacting us at info.spindletopbox.com.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Well we sure hate to see you go but we understand. There are two ways you can cancel your subscription. First, you can go to "My Account" and edit your subscription. There you have the option of skipping the next subscription box or canceling it all together. The second way is to send an email to info@spindletopbox.com and we will cancel it for you. 

What if I am not happy with my box?          

We want you to be happy with your subscription. As Spindletop Box is a sample service, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied, please feel free to email us and let us know. We provide a variety of different products; some you will love, and others might not be for you. If you receive something that isn't to your taste, we recommend sharing it with someone - these items make unique and lovely gifts. We take great care in hand packing every item. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 weeks of the ship date and we will be happy to send you a new or replacement item, just contact us, info@spindletopbox.com.
